Banknote printed on a small rectangular piece of brown paper. All text on note is in Japanese. The front of the bill shows a black seal with a complicated linear design on the righ side, and a red and black seal containing Japanese characters on the left side. In the center is a seal showing a white circle surrounded by leaves, and above and below this seal are lines of Japanese text. On the reverse of the bill is a grey quatrefoil seal with two red-brown seals overlapping and red and green Japanese text in the four corners. The bill is very worn and creased in half both vertically and horiztonally, with small tears and holes within these creases.

This mask is predominantly red. There are two bulbous eyes on opposite sides of the head. On the top of the mask is a three-headed dragon. The middle head is painted red while the rest of this dragon is green. Below the three-headed dragon is a coiled snake with an arched neck. Its tail is touching the three-headed dragon. The mask also has serrated ears that are green with white centers. The lower jaw is yellow and the upper jaw has one attached fang and one broken-off fang. The nose is a green snake head. On the back of the mask are two protruding round sticks. This is where the horns attach.

This horn attaches to the mask by sliding onto two round sticks that protrude from the mask (A). This horn has a spiral curved shape. It is painted red with some green and yellow designs. At the small end of the horn is a green snake head attached by wire to the tip of the horn. The snake head has an open mouth.
