| Scholarly Notes | One of 1732 Sumerian Clay Tablets. The tablets were probably not baked originally, but in 1980, George W. Conlee in Ceramic Engineering baked 1751 pieces from the collection. I have not yet accounted for the numerical discrepancy here. The number on the piece is the old WHM number. (See also 1913.14.0001) | |
