Visitors in the Ancient Mediterranean gallery
The Ancient Mediterranean gallery is amongst the Museum's popular stopping points.

Since our opening of the Spurlock Museum on September 26th, 2002, the Museum has welcomed more than 22,000 people to the galleries and to outreach programs and special events. Over 17,000 people have walked through the doors to explore our exhibits. This number includes people who have visited the museum on a tour with a school, club, or other group.

Outreach programs bring the Museum out into the community. The Spurlock Museum also hosts a wide range of special events including lectures, dance performances, storytelling, and music recitals. We hope to see you soon at our new exhibits, educational programs, and exciting events!
